This years mini camp at Sunday River will be November 30th through December 2nd. Hopefully conditions will be favorable, last year everyone had a great time and the skiing was really good. Athletes who can attend are U10 – U16. Please make sure that your U10 is good with staying overnight.
Cost: $270 per person.
This includes Lodging for Friday and Saturday night. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner Saturday. Breakfast and lunch Sunday. As well as lift tickets for both days. If parents would like tickets for those days or one of the days let me know. Parent Ticket prices are 35 dollars per day.
We will arrive Friday evening at the Snow Cap Inn (Dinner will be on your own), The in is the build right next to the snow cap ski dorm where we have stayed in the past. Address is 9 Snow Cap Road, Newry, ME. Ski all day Saturday and Sunday. Pickup will be Sunday at 3pm at the Barker Lodge.
Attached is the emergency contact form that will need to be filled out and turned into me. Also you will need to fill out the King Pine race team registration form and have it on file at KP before camp Starts.
If you would like to attend please let me know asap. Payment needs to made in full before camp starts. Checks will be made out directly to me and can be mailed to my home address.

I will also be looking for a parent to ski and stay with us. This parent will be my backup in case someone gets sick or needs to take a break when the other groups want to ski. As long as everyone is skiing you are more than welcomed to ski as well. Meals, Lodging and ski tickets will be free for this parent.
I would like to have at least 20 athletes attend.
